Application of Case Filing

To make a case against Kamalparpara Union Parishad. For the first case, the plaintiff who is the plaintiff and the defendant should apply for the petition, along with the Union Parishad chairman. If the application is submitted to the union parishad, the union council will tell the plaintiff within 3 days of the case and issue a notice to the defendant and the day and date of the suit will be fixed in the notice.
