The first step
Government allocation announcement
In order to provide financial assistance to the distressed and the elderly, district-based funds were allocated from the Social Welfare Ministry of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The matter was notified to the municipality / union parishad through a sub-allocation letter from the city social services office. This letter mentions how many will be given the old allowance.
 
Second step
The list of the poor people is ready
After receiving the letter of allocation, Mayor Mahodaya called for a special meeting. The quota of the public representatives was decided in the meeting. According to the prescribed quota, the public representatives are asked to list the people eligible for getting their adult allowance in their respective areas. The representatives of the public have identified and list such people in their respective areas and submit them in the prescribed time within the prescribed time.
 
The third step
List Finishing
After getting the full list, every ward committee meeting is called. A 5/7 member ward committee was formed by the concerned Ward Councilor. The list is finalized after the selection of the meeting. After this, the list was sent to the Social Services office.
