999 Emergency Services An Emergency Call Center operated under the Bangladesh Police. Emergency police, emergency fire service and emergency ambulance services are provided from here. Any person from any part of the country can avail these emergency services by calling 999. The objective of providing emergency services to all citizens is to launch the call center service on 12th December, 2013 under the Ministry of Home Affairs. The call center is open 24 hours a week. 999 A toll free number The caller does not have to spend any money to call this number.


Currently, more than one hundred agents at this call center are working to provide emergency services. There are plans to increase this number in the future. Apart from this, plans, services, fire services and ambulance services as well as other services have been taken.
